  • 1 cup AH! But A Bing! Cherry Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup finely diced shallot
  • 1 Tbsp freshly cracked pepper

Pour AH! But A Bing! Cherry Vinegar over diced shallot and freshly cracked pepper.
Let mixture rest to infuse flavour. Serve with small freshly shucked oysters on the half shell.
