- 2 Tbsp. AH! But A Bing! Cherry Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. crushed pink peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary leaves, crushed slightly to release flavour
Blend all ingredients well and place tenderloin in marinade, turn to coat.
Marinate 6 hours.
Grill pork tenderloin 7 minutes per side.
Let rest 10 minutes.
Slice on the diagonal.
Simple and delicious.
